Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #7032, an EFS-17M built by GM-EMD in November of 1955 and rated at 1,750 horsepower. It's parked (with engine off) under Juniata's 17th Street Bridge, just West of the East Altoona Roundhouse. Note the row of idle cabin cars at the left. |
