Description:  Witness the BN 973181. This was recently, and mysteriously spotted outside of BNSF's business car shops in Topeka, KS, and I'll be damned if its not green. The white number box looks to be a stencil, awaiting paint. I'd love to say that its black, and that's a reflection of some nearby trees, but there aren't any nearby. Thoughts? Even if it is black, why's this old trooper hanging out with the business cars now?
